- STAFF AWARENESS AND TEAM TRAINING – to work with champions to define their own objectives and targets – providing a structure and support to improve their own skillsets and optimise performance.
- eSAVER TOOLKITS & APPS – to give local energy and environmental managers access to our tools where they can add most value – these can be white-labelled and delivered in an invisible way.
- BIG ACTION PROJECTS – to project manage delivery programmes driven by key ‘metrics that sizzle’ – measures that help inspire people, deliver big savings and quantify success.
